Gathering

Yesterday night, my friends and I had a gathering at KFC Central Square. They were Yen Tsu, Yi Xun, Mei Yin, Ching Siang, Wei Mei, Hui Hui and Yee Phing. When we met each other, we kept on talking until forgot to order something. And finally, Ching Siang followed me to order some food. When I was concentrating on choosing the dishes, Siang suddenly called me,'Wei, you see! Pn Chee-our Chinese teacher!' Without thinking, I straight away ran towards her. Beside her was her son. Wah, quite tall already and for sure, very cute.

After that, our friends told us that when they waived their hands to Puan Chee, her son keep on waiving his hands as if he recognized us. Haiz, we order too few things until Mei Yin had to order for the second time. I was very disappointed with one of the staff there. When she brought the food that we ordered before for us, I had told her that there was still a Snack plate that needed to be sent. However, I don't know when is she taking away the number tag. For sure, I went to the counter and asked for it. She not only refused to give me the food, and also scolded me for not letting her know in front of my fellow friends. And the most important thing is, She did not even gave me a time to explain!!! Even though at last she did sent us the food, but I was very unsatisfied with her attitude.

When we were eating, I suddenly noticed that Yee Phing had disappeared.....Then some of my friends just made jokes about her. Haha... so we were just talking, chatting and asking the questions we were worrying-what will you do if u failed to get JPA? What you plan to do next?......... And chatting were also our aim for gathering. After eating, chatting and joking, we left there.

Although Central square is quite big, but we found that there was no place suitable for all of us. So we all like nothing to do, going up to 4th floor the went down again. And again, Yee phing who followed us disappeared again.... Finally, we just took up our mind to disturb Yi Xun who was promoting the cars. Ching siang even sat into the new car with Yi Xun. "The bos is here!!!" yelled Yi Xun colleques. Wah, she quickly jumped out of the car!!!And lastly, as usual, we went to Mcdonalds waiting for parents.

I was very happy spending time with them. If can, I will invite them again, eating and chatting together to release our 'boringness'. And for sure, I also miss my classmates, and hope to have a gathering with them.

Friends, I miss you all!!!

I just read my friends blog, knowing that most of them are going to study at almost all parts of Malaysia. Sorry, not that I don't want to contact you all, is just because of nervous. Since our SPM results are released, I was longing to have a gathering, but I failed to do it. The reason was I afraid to phone you guys, afraid if you all not getting very good results, and I dunno how to comfort you. I am bad in this skills. Really, I am telling the truth...

Friends,

I miss the time we study together...

I miss the time when we play together....

Now, no more laughing, chatting, joking, crying.....

Just left me alone....

Dreaming all the day,

Besides boring, also boring....

Can I cry now?

The answer is , Useless...

I am longing to meet you all......

Although I know it might can't be reality....

But I will wait...

I MISS YOU ALL!!!!!!!!

ALL THE BEST, MY BELOVED FRIENDS.....

Big Challenges!!!

By the time being, the most challenge stuff for me is how to teach small kids piano. Ermm, if a person is experienced, then this will not be a problem for him/her. But for a person who have not attend neither training course nor teaching class like me, this is really a BIG BIG problem!!!!!
Last week, it was my first time to teach a small kid, who was just 4 years old. Yes, the fact that I can't deny was, SHE WAS VERY CUTE!!!!!!OMG! Her big eyes, sweet smiles....had already fascinated me. However, I was facing the most difficult problem. When I talked to her, she neither nodded her head nor looked at me, as if I was talking to the wall, to the piano....Haiz.... She just played the doll I gave her, without considering me, who was trying my best to persuade her to looked at me....

But today everything had changed. I had a new student who was 6 years old. They had the same characteristic- cute!!!!Today, with the help of my teacher, I could already control the whole situation. At least when I was talking, they looked at me; when I was singing, they follow me... Moreover, they started to chat with me, telling me where she went......

This can be considered as one success for me. But the more difficult problem is waiting for me.....This friday, I am not only have to face my student, but also their PARENTS!!!!! OMG!!!! Sorry to say about it, but this is the truth- their parents are really fussy. Haiz......Good luck!I will try my best!

JPA Interview

Hmm. Actually I went for the interview on 3rd of April. My interview is on 2.45pm and I reached INTAN on 2.30pm. I was damn nervous that time. After reaching there, a clerk asked me to 'register'. In fact, I just need to sign my name. Then, we were asked to arrange our documents according to the list. While waiting, I tried to chat with others to calm down myself. Oh! That place is very hot and quite crowded. Everybody sweats a lot...Finally, it's my turn for the JPA interview. But before that, we were arranged according to panel. In my group, there are only 4 people, i.e 2 Malay and 2 Chinese. Both of the Malays chose Technical Engineering, Nicole chose Architecture while I chose Actuarial Science. We tried to chat and memorize each name. After waiting for a long time, I finally stepped into the interview room on 4.00pm.

There were 3 interviewers-2 Malay and 1 Indian. They were very friendly actually. First, we had to introduce ourselves in MALAY!!! OMG! I didn't prepare the introduction in Malay version...So, I just introduce myself by translating from English. Haha! Quite funny and for sure, I was stucked at the middle ,then quickly ended my introduction. When I told the interviewers that I am Tennis player, one of them suddenly asked me, 'Kalau anda berpeluang untuk bermain dengan Datuk Nicol David, anda rasa anda boleh menang tak?' I was shocked and stunned there. In my mind, Datuk Nicol David is playing squash whereas I am playing Tennis. How can both of us play together? So, I have no choice but to tell her that she is playing squash but I am not. However, I also told her that I will try my best if I stand a chance to play with her. Nicole from Penang sat beside me. Wow! Although she was Chinese educated, but she speaks so fluently...

In the discussion session, my question sounds like this-'Mat Rempit has become a national issue. Give your opinion on this statement.' At first, I was very happy to get such question as we had learn t it in the Malay essay. But after discussing about the points, I started to worry. If we were asked to give our opinion in Malay, then its okay. However, we were asked to speak in English. So, we translate all the things from Malay to English... And almost all of us facing a big problem on translating it. Fortunately, we were able to complete the task successfully.

I was not sure good luck or bad luck , we were asked only 1 question due to time consuming. Before ending the interview session, the interviewers didn't forget to comfort us.'If you did not get this scholarship to overseas, you can still apply for local JPA scholarship.' At last, we shook hand with the interviewers before leaving that room.

We were relieved by the time we stepped out the room. Hurray! I can rest for a few days...Aha! I think I performed quite well in the interview. Just hope for the best...Hope to get JPA Scholarship to United States of America!!! =)
